Responsible for all logistics functions including vehicle arrangements.
Maintain and organize all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
Support the preparation, organizing and managing contracts.
Ensure existing contracts are updated and administered.
May prepare and organize the promotional events/sales activities as needed.
Prepare rooms for meetings, sales events and reservations for customer visits.
Responsible for uniform arrangement and business card printing.
Responsible to check the movement of staff/visitors through proper gate passes while maintaining log file and need to submit reports to the respective superior
Gathering monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis from sale teams.
Other ad hoc duties as per Management instructions.
Job Requirement
Minimum 3 to 4 years experiences in sales administration for Real Estate / Property Development industry.
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or similar.
Proficient in MS Office Suites, Internet/email is highly preferred.
Good internal personal skill and effective communication skills with a talent for operating across different levels of an organization.
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
