Job Description

  • Responsible for all logistics functions including vehicle arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
  • Support the preparation, organizing and managing contracts.
  • Ensure existing contracts are updated and administered.
  • May prepare and organize the promotional events/sales activities as needed.
  • Prepare rooms for meetings, sales events and reservations for customer visits.
  • Responsible for uniform arrangement and business card printing.
  • Responsible to check the movement of staff/visitors through proper gate passes while maintaining log file and need to submit reports to the respective superior
  • Gathering monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis from sale teams.
  • Other ad hoc duties as per Management instructions.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years experiences in sales administration for Real Estate / Property Development industry.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or similar.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites, Internet/email is highly preferred.
  • Good internal personal skill and effective communication skills with a talent for operating across different levels of an organization.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
