- Advising on fire issues relating to building structure and fabric,services,alterations and maintenance.
- Co-ordinating and monitoring fire risk assessments, Advising on fire issues relating to the day to day activities to Safety Supervisor, Giving advice and guidance relating to compliance with Myanmar Fire Bridge regulations & Legislations.
- Monitoring fire precautions, ensuring that electrical syatems are safe, fire-fighting equipment is well maintained, fire doors and escape routes meet appropiate requirements.
- Liaising with internal organisations on fire safety issues, including providing staff training sessions & fire drill.
- Inspecting buildings to determine the cause of fires.
- Daily check on fire ralated equipments (Passive devices) and report back to safety supervisor (daily,weekly & monthly).
- Creating PPE Stock Balance Report and prepare stationery order list (three monthly).
- Creating for Fire Extinguisher Stock Balance Check List.
- Prepare UA/UC Weekly Report, Safety Monthly Report and prepare Grant chart report.
- Checking around on the Projects area and Operation area.
- Noted down the meeting minutes for Weekly Safety Meeting in the meeting room.
- Perform on ad-hord assigns on safety & fire safety related.
- F/M under 35 years
- At least 3-5 years experience in related field, Must be hold fire safety Manager certificate.
- Familiar with fast-moving comsumer goods and safety background, it would be preferrable.
- Knowledge of legal guidelines from Myanamar Fire Services Department,health & safety regulations by Myanmar Government and coorporate with local fire bridge team.
- Interpersonal skill and Confident itself.
- Myanmar (Native)/ English (Moderate/ able to communicate fluently)
- Able to work and able to deal (good communication) with different levels ( Internal & External )
- Able to stay company arrangement dormitory as per work reqirements.
- Able to type English & Myanamr font fluently and able to use Word, Excel,Powerpoint,etc. fluently.
