Job Description
- Understand the inspection policy and procedure
- Maintain good relationship with related Customs offices and shipping lines.
- Coordinate with clearance agent and clearance process are done timely and cargoes are cleared out from port as fast as possible.
- Manage and prepare the require document for export/import license, customs clearance process and shipping document
- Support and handle a Customs and Port clearance
- Resolve customer, carrier, damage (cargo & container) and labor issues as needed
- Handle incoming, call and inquiry email, placing and processing customer order
- Coordinate with concern department for Unit, Spare Parts and Other Product import and export shipment
- Perform other activities as directed by Head of Department & Director.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
- Age 22 to 29
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Intermediate in English written and communication
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
