• 6+ years in Japanese software development, including 3+ years as a Project Leader.
• Strong knowledge of Java, PHP, databases, Git, and project management tools (Backlog, Asana, Redmine).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Japanese language proficiency (N2 or higher) with translation skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
