Job Description

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies focused on SME internet packages (50–300 Mbps).
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team (including Key Account Managers and Senior Sales Executives).
  • Oversee customer acquisition targets: 420+ links/year for 50 Mbps packages ,80+ links/year for 100–300 Mbps packages
  • Drive client pipeline across office buildings, residential areas, and commercial properties.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with agents and authorized property managers.
  • Plan and supervise B2B marketing events, digital campaigns, and brand awareness efforts.
  • Ensure alignment of sales efforts with operational and financial goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies to meet KPIs.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in the telecom, ISP, or tech sectors.
  • Experience working with or leading agent networks is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management
  • Able to work independently and handle strategic planning
