• Oversee project implementation, coding development, and testing (unit, integration, performance)
• Report to the Project Manager and management when necessary.
• Provide problem-solving and technical support.
• Analyze systems and review team members' tasks and code
• Prepare and review documentation (UML, basic/detail design, test cases).
• Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by your supervisor or senior management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Train interns or new employees if necessary
• Participate company's activities or advertising process if necessary

• 1+ year of management experience and 6+ years in software development.
• 1+ year of experience in documentation (basic/detail design, unit testing, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL queries (Oracle/MySQL).
• Experience with project implementation (coding development).
• Strong experience in Java and PHP development.
• Knowledge of Linux commands/SHELL scripting (optional).
• AWS EC2 experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Japanese language proficiency (N3 or above) with direct communication experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
