• Supervising and enforced outsourced security team for both retail street and residential towers for control policies and procedure
• Monitor and control access points to the facility, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors enter the premises.
• Operate and monitor security surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras.
• Conduct regular patrols to visually inspect the premises for any suspicious activies or security breaches.
• Report and document any security incidents or irregularities.
• Coordinate with emergency services in the event of fire alarm activation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
• Coordinate with emergency services and internal response teams.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with other security personnel, staff and management.
• Report incidents and provide detailed information to supervisors and relevant authorities.
• Complete incident reports detailing security-related events.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including access logs and incident reports
• Enforce and adhere to established security policies and procedures.
• Participate in the development and improvement of security protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and contractors while ensuring security measures are followed.
• Interact with coworkers and members of the public in a courteous and professional manner.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, additional certificate in security, management or related fields are a plus.
• Strong observation skills and attention to details.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
• Proficiency in using security technology and software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in Burmese Language and Basic English.
