Job Description

  • Conduct unit inspections and defect management with relevant teams.
  • Verify inventory and ensure all legal documentation is in place.
  • Finalize and document handovers with proper filing and reporting.
  • Collect, review, and verify ownership documents and POAs.
  • Respond to resident queries and generate performance reports.
  • Manage filing systems for all unit and resident information, Issue notices and update property records.
  • Track and follow up on pending customer service issues, Coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and support the Customer Services team, manage staff schedules, leave approvals, and performance guidance.

Job Requirement

  • Any Graduate and 3 years of relevant experiences, customer Services Skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, Supervisory experience and leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of property management processes and compliance
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts
  • Fluent in English
