Job Description

  • Develop and maintain key financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis and key financial metrics.
  • Analyze business performance trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
  • Collaborate with department heads to collect and analyze financial data, and update forecasts as needed.
  • Works closely with department heads to ensure accurate forecasts and helps track actuals vs target for each department.
  • Monitor budget vs. actual performance and explain variances through data collection and analysis.
  • Analyzing and forecasting logistics costs, and works closely with logistics, transport, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to track and report on costs.
  • Gathers and analyzes data to provide insights into key operational KPIs for manufacturing and logistics.
  • Develops Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools to aid quick decision-making . Assist with ad hoc projects and requests as needed.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA, CPA, ACCA or CFA is often preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role. . Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial systems such as SAP
  • Familiarity with BI tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing costing, including the identification and analysis of cost drivers in production processes.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail in all financial analyses and report
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop effective solutioning a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders and senior management, both in written and verbal forms . Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
