Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes: job posting, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, leave management, and attendance systems.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Assist in employee performance appraisal processes.
  • Support employee training, development programs, and welfare activities.
  • Handle basic employee relations issues and escalate complex matters to the HR
  • Supervise general office administration: office supplies, maintenance, and facility management.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and company correspondences.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics support for departments.
  • Assist in preparing administrative and HR reports for management.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Liaise with government offices or external agencies when required (e.g., labor office, tax office).
  • Provide direct support to Admin & HR Manager for planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare periodic reports on HR and administrative matters for higher management.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Admin/HR roles, preferably with 1–2 years in a supervisory level.

 

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and Myanmar labor law.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Language: Good command of Myanmar and English.
  • Occasional travel may be required for recruitment or administrative purposes
