Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for all entities, with a focus on WMRL and WMRKL.
  • Manage employee requisitions, candidate sourcing (via job portals, agencies, social media, referrals, etc.), screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, offer negotiations, medical checkup and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for timely onboarding arrangements.
  • Regularly update and maintain the organization charts of WMRL and WMRKL to reflect current reporting structures and staffing
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts for regional staff involved in new projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Conduct analysis and comparison of employee insurance plans.
  • Oversee the insurance purchasing and payment processes
  • Manage claims for accident and death cases in coordination with insurance providers and internal teams.
  • Track probation periods and facilitate timely assessments and confirmation procedures for new employees.
  • Coordinate and arrange all necessary preparations for recruitment events such as JobNet job fairs, in-house job fairs, and university career fairs including the design and printing of pamphlets, preparation of giveaway items for candidates, event booth decoration and other arrangements
  • Support and engage in wellbeing initiatives such as Zumba classes, seminars, and other staff enrichment activities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and compile reports to identify reasons for employee resignations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of data and insights for quarterly recruitment review meetings.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or general HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS is a plus.
  • Energetic, people-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
