Job Description

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes for staff and operational employees
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and workforce plans
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Coordinate performance management and staff development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support compensation, benefits, and HR administration activities
  • Prepare HR reports and assist management with HR-related insights and decisions

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior role
  • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or livestock sectors preferred
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
