Job Description

  • Managing document registers for approval and other necessary items.
  • Liaising with executives and seniors to assist with email communication, scheduling reports, and printing.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments.
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
  • Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases.
  • Ordering and organizing office supplies.
  • Maintaining office equipment and supply inventory.

Job Requirement

  • Any bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Handling phone calls & other communications (internet & e-mail).
  • Good Teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong English language skills preferrable.
  • Able to work under pressure.
