• 3-4 years experience in freight forwarding. Knowledge in handling Sea & Air and documentation part of shipments, familiar with shipping lines, airlines, CSA / GSA
• Should be thorough in work, good command in english, negotiation skills with carriers
• Experienced person who knows customs process to register a house bill of lading (HAWB/HBL), Register at MIFFA (Freight forwarder association) for a freight forwarding company, also has good knowledge in freight forwarding and operations experience in sea freight and air freight, experience in communicating with shipping lines and air lines
• Experience in word excel and powerpoint,
• Handling sea and air shipments, communicating with carriers, knowledge on the documentation process, customs process, good written & spoken English to communicate with management & overseas agents
• Maintaining relationships with shipping & airlines, local agents, following up with shipments, customs, documentation, reporting to management & overseas agents
• Senior Executive level to be promoted to Manager with performance.
