Job Description

  • Any Bachelor Degree, related Advanced HRM Diploma preferred
  • Minimum (5) Years experiences in fields.
  • Excellent skill in HRIS and Payroll system.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and up to date knowledge of Employment and Labor Law of Myanmar.
  • Have knowledge of relevant International HR and Admin policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of HR and Admin Strategy, Planning, analyzing, researching, surveying skill.
  • Have knowledge department goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), SOP, JD, JS, Organizational design for all department and employee's level.
  • Have good communication, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem-solving skill.
  • Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar Factory Art, policy, procedure and rules.

  • Good communication in English Language.
  • Skillful in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
