Develop, modify, and maintain high-fidelity 3D MEP models using Revit and Navisworks, focusing on proactive clash detection and cross-disciplinary coordination.
Coordinate with internal project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to resolve layout conflicts and maintain seamless communication workflows
Track modeling progress, quality control metrics, spatial specifications, and digital coordination logs.
Assist in reviewing construction drawings, performing technical data analysis, and preparing precise shop drawings and engineering proposals from the master model.
Ensure strict compliance with project BIM execution plans, local construction procedures, building codes, and quality control frameworks.
Maintain meticulous records of all structural-MEP clashes, model revisions, and official compliance logs.
Support the submission of necessary engineering work reports, as-built models, and documentation to HPBC and senior management in a timely manner.
Job Requirement
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field.
Have professional experience in digital drafting and 3D modeling within a construction project environment.
Experience in high-rise building services coordination and structural model management is highly preferred.
Familiar with construction procedures, quality control, engineering drawings, and structural specifications.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with the project team to submit necessary work reports and drawing revisions in a timely manner.
Good problem-solving ability, teamwork, able to work on-site and under pressure.

Experience in communication and management of drawing compliance within the HPBC framework is a strong priority.
