• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise the performance and service standards of receptionists, doctors, nurses, and other staff members.
• Enhance Customer Care & Service Quality and systematically handle patient feedback and complaints.
• Monitor clinic inventory (medical supplies, equipment, and beauty products) and maintain accurate stock control.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure the clinic meets its monthly revenue targets.
• Supervise HR and administrative processes to ensure the clinic operates in a highly organized manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field. (A Degree or Diploma in Management or Business Administration is highly preferred).
• Minimum of [2 - 3] years of working experience in a Managerial or Supervisory role within an Aesthetic Clinic or the Beauty & Wellness Industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks systematically, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using Computers (MS Office, Excel, Email) and Clinic Management Software/POS systems.
