Job Description

  • Develop customer list and monitor potential/future opportunities
  • Generate service proposals for targets customers
  • Maintain customer loyally by providing best customer service to all customers from private and government hospital
  • Monitoring the out of warranty customer to make an agreement of maintenance service contracts
  • Spare part sales for dedicated customers varying between single spare parts and complete spare parts
  • Proactive and reactive sales of spare parts, service contracts, repair and upgrading option of medical equipment
  • Developing the quotation-order-delivery-invoice process
  • Prepare documents as ISO requirements
  • Coordination and Collaboration with related department
  • Work with relevant departments for Tender requirement
  • Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstanding
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company relationship with them
  • Report to Manager for the service sales operation activities

Job Requirement

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Field (Mechatronics, Electronics, Biomedical)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience for related field  
  • Good knowledge of Medical Device/ Equipment
  • Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical system
  • Knowledge of Computer and Networking
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills and team working skills.
  • Able to travel for requirement
  • Able to perform 24/7 stand-by duties
  • Physically fit as physical work is required
  • Willingness to learn and accept new challenges
  • Hands–on, multitask and work independently
