• Oversee and participate project implementation, coding development, and testing (unit, integration, performance).
• Report to the Project Manager, Stakeholders (Japanese) and management as needed (leadership potential is considered).
• Provide problem-solving and technical support.
• Analyze systems, review team tasks, and conduct code reviews.
• Prepare and review documentation (UML, basic/detail design, test cases).
• Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by your supervisor or senior management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Train interns or new employees if necessary
• Participate company's activities or advertising process if necessary

• 4-5 years of experience in Software development (Java,PHP).
• Must have experience in documentation writing in Japanese.
• Must have experience in Japanese company
• Strong SQL query skills (Oracle/MySQL).
• Knowledge of Linux commands/SHELL scripting (optional).
• AWS EC2 experience is a plus.
• Must have Japanese language N3 (strongly communication directly with Japan)
• Preferred: Experience working in Japan.
• Leadership potential if fluent in Japanese communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
