• Initiates and assists in the development of the machinery infrastructure capital program budget
• Plans and prepares the maintenance budget
• Extensive experience in project and inventory management, technical design, supervision, planning and scheduling, budget and finance, contracts management, field production methods, routine inspection and maintenance.
• Agency coordination for business development
• Plans, schedules, estimates and manages the force account work for machinery infrastructure capital projects
• Has input in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements
• Supports and implements the employee technical training and developmental programs
• Conducts scheduled inspections and assists in the infrastructure audits
• Complies with Engineering policy, procedures, and standards
• Plans and forecasts equipment requirements for maintenance, production, and machinery construction projects and programs
• Responds to and resolves infrastructure failures and unusual emergencies
• Responsible for operations, cost reduction, process improvement, asset utilization, program and organizational management and a demonstrated understanding of project operations
• Other duties as assigned by Management

• Engineering Degree:
• A bachelor’s or master & degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is typically required.
• Experiences, Skills and Knowledge required
• 15-20 years of relevant work experiences in similar role
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize and to meet commitments
• Strong organizational, analytical and quantitative skills
• Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions
• Project Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Possessing skills in Leadership, team building, communication, decision making, problem solving, presentation and organizing
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues
• Required to relocate
