Understanding and in-depth knowledge, experience of constructions procedures and work sequences.
To coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites.
To make sure materials, tools and manpower are adequate, everything is in proper order and state of maintenance.
To supervise and train workers.
Monitoring workers allocating general, assigned areas and specific job duties to workers.
To Supervise use of equipment, tools and machinery.
To supervise and ensure all workers and operations follow safety requirements, necessary precautions and quality standards.
To follow up working supervision and instructions by engineers and management and safety personnel for site safety works.
To keep daily records of workers' attendances, usage of tools and construction materials.
To regularly check around the workplace and keep a good access way and maintain good housekeeping.
To know basic electrical wiring systems for tools and its safe manner at the workplace.

Educational high school level is more prefer
5 years experiences in construction industry
Minimum 3 years of experience in carpentry, welding and construction works activities.
