• 4+ years of experience in software development (Java, PHP).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming skills; low-code project experience is a plus.
• Expertise in MySQL query writing and optimization.
• Experience in documentation (Basic/Detail Design, Test Cases, User Manuals).
• Task management and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data analysis).
• JLPT or NAT Test N4+ preferred.
• Good English communication skills preferred.
• Willingness to work with any programming language.
