Job Description

  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functionin
  • Coordinate building management activities (maintenance, utilities, cleaning services, security)
  • Handle office supplies, inventory control, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain proper filing systems, records, and documentation
  • Monitor administrative expenses and prepare reports
  • Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards  
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments  
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and company safety regulations  
  • Organize HSE training, safety awareness programs, and emergency drills
  • Investigate workplace incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions  
  • Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation  
  • Coordinate emergency response and evacuation procedures  
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on tasks
  • Promote a safe and efficient working environment

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Administration, Building Management, or HSE-related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of HSE standards, safety regulations, and risk assessment
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple departments
