Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
  • Source candidates through online platforms, databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Prepare job offers and assist with salary negotiation and onboarding process.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Generate recruitment reports (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Meet reporting deadlines and increase understanding of new requirements

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of recruitment methods and interviewing techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings and deadlines.
