Job Description

 

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and department heads on people-related matters.
  • Align HR strategies, initiatives, and workforce plans with business goals and organizational priorities.
  • Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.

 

Talent Management (Support to Head of HR)

  • Partner with managers on manpower planning, recruitment strategies, and succession planning.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
  • Identify talent gaps and recommend development actions to build leadership and critical capabilities.

 

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including discipline, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive work culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and fair people management practices.

 

Learning & Development (Support to Head of HR)

  • Identify training and development needs in collaboration with business units.
  • Support the implementation of learning, leadership development, and capability-building programs.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.

Job Requirement

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • A Diploma or Certification in Human Resource Management.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the HR field, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and counseling abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email tools.
  • Practical experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • A proactive learner with the desire to grow and develop professionally.
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Capable of working independently while contributing positively to team efforts.
