Job Description

  • Develop and execute HR plan in supporting of business objectives; including the manpower planning, employment costs budgeting, HR programs and initiatives deployment etc.
  • Partnering with management team in effective execution of HR plan.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll either in sourcing or outsourcing.
  • Ensure payroll and reporting data complete and accurate, and that the payroll process is adequately controlled and align with legislative requirements.
  • Manage recruitment activities, develop solutions that attract, develop and retain high quality diverse talents.
  • Execute rigorous recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, assessment, hiring and contract administration are implemented per standard and processes
  • Fill vacancies per time line and set budget.
  • Manage HR day to day operations, ensure HR administration / processes are executed efficiently with relevant control in place , and in line with defined HR policies and compline with internal and external regulations

 

HR Processes including but not limited to : 

• Data base management 

• Exit Survey management  

• Learning administration 

• Leave management

• New hire administration 

• On boarding process 

• Remuneration Package administration

 

  • Execute and review total compensation program and ensure it is aligned with reward practices and support our business by retaining and motivating good performers yet costs effective.
  • Manage end of year process for salary review and bonus review
  • Manage performance management and talent management. Conduct people review session and develop plan per Group guidelines
  • Employee engagement: Engage employees by communicating corporate directions and HR practices and guidelines
  • Engage in employee advocacy practices by providing coaching, and counselling.                                                                            
  • Compile and consolidate various reporting requirement, both regular report and ad-hoc reporting.
  • The Company reserves the right to change the Employee’s place of work to any other location either temporarily or
  • permanently as the business may require.  The Employee may be required to travel both domestically or overseas in the performance of his or her duties. 
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related areas.
  • Min 10 years of human resources management, with increasing levels of experience in a medium to large organization, plus solid experience of working for startup business
  • Knowledge of Human Resources related programs, processes, tools, policies and guidelines and their application to complex organizational issues.
  • Knowledge of organizational concepts, including: team management, organizational design, resource utilization and workforce planning.
  • Proven experience in dealing with HR matters related to acquisitions and its derived components for the HR function (e.g. experience in due diligence, restructuring, among others).
