Job Description

  • Handle the recruitment & selection process.
  • Prepare Salary Calculation, Income tax calculation, SSB
  • Handle the matters related to the government offices. (Such as Labour Office, SSB, Commercial Tax, Stamp Duty & Form 31, etc…).
  • Purchase fix asset and maintain fixed assets.
  • Make the extension according to administrative contracts and documents.
  • Perform a variety of HR and administrative tasks such as preparation & processing of necessary documentations and proper filing.
  • Carry out any other duties or reasonable requirements that come from HR & Admin Department.

Job Requirement

  • Any graduate.
  • Age must be between 25~40.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
